proActive Safety Services comprehensive accident investigation is a vital service that should be considered with any accident or injury. A proActive Safety Specialist will provide on-site management by securing the incident scene, implementing measures to prevent further injury/damage to equipment and/or personnel. We begin immediate fact gathering, employee and witness interviews/statements, photo/video analysis and physical measurements of the incident sight. We provide copies of the investigation report to all parties of interest within 24 hours. And, where appropriate we will discuss the incident in safety and/or management meetings. Our proActive Accident Investigation will provide your company with a comprehensive incident investigation report that helps determine the root cause; assists in the development of a lessons learned summary that leads to recommendations for corrective action.
